The short version: try CoalAlgo free for 7 days before you ever pay — use that time fully. Once you subscribe, all payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel any time to stop future billing, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Every new account includes a one-time 7-day free trial of Premium, with no payment method required. We strongly encourage using this trial fully to decide whether CoalAlgo is right for you before subscribing, since payments are not refundable once made.
All subscription payments — monthly or annual, including the first payment after your trial and every renewal — are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This applies regardless of how much of the billing period you actually used.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not trigger a refund of any payment already made, and you'll continue to have access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
The same no-refund policy in Section 2 applies to any optional add-on purchases, such as symbol packs.
